Use this handy checklist to make sure that you are getting all that you can from your Website. By following this basic advice you will avoid some of the classic errors and mistakes that too many organizations make:

Test your company email and published email addresses frequently
Assign and hold accountable someone to check and process general email
Make it a policy to respond to all email messages in a timely manner
Include complete contact information on your Website:
- Mailing address
- Street address
- Phone numbers: toll-free, toll, and fax number
- Email addresses for key departments and key employees
Include basic contact information on every page:
- Phone number
- Company email address
